I want to share with you a SECRET that no one taught us in school.
 
Our Conscious Mind does not learn! 
 
WHAT???   That’s right!
 
The Conscious Mind Decides & Implements
based on all the learning that has been downloaded to our Sub-Conscious Mind. 
 
AND
We Also Have A Magic Genie 24 hrs a day!

Our Magic Genie makes life magical and easy
Our Magic Genie is our Subconscious Mind.
​
However, most of us do not realize that our subconscious mind is
our greatest power.

We have literally been Programed since we were born
and we are still being Programed
by every little thing we get emotionally involved with.
Good and Bad.
 
Emotional involvement anchors the thoughts we think into our
subconscious mind, like seeds.

Our reoccurring thoughts, and our environment,
water those seeds and make those
Ideas grow into our results.
 
Whatever we accept, adopt & learn, at the Subconscious level,
is our identity - good and bad.
 
It’s called “The Paradigm”                  
 
We each have A Paradigm and we bring it to every
Circumstance,
Relationship and
Business experience.
 
The Paradigm is a multitude of beliefs and habits buried in our
subconscious mind.
Beliefs that we are

• very attached to &
• seriously believe are true

 
So how do we deprogram ourselves from the bad stuff and
program what we want?

Well there are 2 paths
The Conscious path and the Super Conscious path.
You actually need both to work this out.

Let's look at a life hack today,
 
 Life Hack #1:
Right in the middle of Overwhelm is New learning.
Remember to say to yourself in the midst of overwhelm

"This is just unfamiliar!"

In order to take a new course of action we must stop driving on the
current road and take a new road.
 
That’s the job of the Conscious Mind – We must wake up to the
feedback we are getting from our results and make a decision to
implement a new Pattern which will come from new Habits of
thoughts and behavior,
 
This new pattern will be installed at the subconscious mind as the
New Paradigm is established because we embrace repetition and focus on the
results we DO want.
 
Let’s look at a new “line of defense”
 
Key line of defense
Stop allowing this statement to come out of your mouth,
“This is hard” or “This is Too Hard” or "Life is Too Hard"
 
I’m serious,
 
You are programing your mind every time you declare that,
especially out loud. When you are saying it with confidence that
emotion drives it deep into your subconscious mind and anchors it as truth.
 
To break up that ground and dig out THE WEED SEEDS.

ENTER THIS VISIONEERING PROCESS :
The great thing about this is that you can do it with your eyes open!
 
Think about the thing you are facing that you think is hard and you seriously want to be do and have.
 
Stand up straight
lift your gaze up to the sky
take 3 deep breaths
plant your feet firmly
Smile
 &
Say out loud,
 
“This is JUST unfamiliar!”

Say that 5 times and notice if there is a voice arguing back at you.

Now come back to this process with me.
If there was a voice
That voice is probably a sub personality that hangs out with you.
You might call it an inner child but what ever you think it is
ASK it to trust you!

Go Ahead, just say out loud,
" Trust Me, we are On a New Path of Learning,
Just like when we learned to ride a bike, tie our shoes, learn to count and write our name."
Perfect!

Now Begin to
Tune into your body and Imagine where all sensations of worry, doubt & fear are hanging out,
Notice they are colors,
now Notice that they are literally unhooking from your cells and
draining from your body right now
and draining into the earth out through your feet and toes.

As you now take a deep breath,
sit up straight and ,
Notice  the sky opens up above you because
All the colors of Love, Joy and Abundance want to shower down upon you.

Stay in this state for as long as you want
until you
notice the difference
and feel the change.

When you are ready, only when you are ready,
​repeat after me, or just read along.
 
“I figured out how to walk & that was the hardest thing I will ever do.

I defied gravity and won!

And no one ever told me I couldn’t do that.
Nobody held me back from walking upright & defying gravity!

If I can do that when I was younger than 3 years old 
then I can do anything!

This is my Genius Zone!”
 
“I know I am eventually going to be, do & have this new reality, because it’s not rocket science.
 
I can easily tell myself to relax, breathe & play.
I't safe for me to make foolish mistakes,
laugh at myself and let my new reality become familiar.
 
There is nothing serious going on, I’m just learning something new!
 
I can relax and Stop trying
I can simply allow learning to come upon me and flow to me. 
 
I now know my conscious mind is the decider and implementer when it has the new learning.
 
My conscious mind is perfect for implementing new ideas
 and deciding how to use this new reality and new knowlege.
 
My conscious mind is Not the GPS it’s just the driver taking
directions from the subconscious mind who has the new GPS.
 
My conscious mind can type in the new
directions but ultimately it follows the course that’s programed.
 
My conscious mind can say NO!
It can self-regulate and change channels and directions.
 
It can find a more preferred path, communicate new directions to my subconscious mind
and then surrender to the
new experience.
 
Ultimately my Conscious Mind lets go and is in flow easily and effortlessly.

I now notice that I’m always course correcting in order to re-calibrate my results.
I am aware that I always have greater and greater understanding that guides me to my 
desired results.
 
I realize now that my Subconscious Mind is directly connected to
The Source of all wisdom and knowledge, which is The Super Mind, The Higher Mind.
 
And because I’m hooked up to the Super Mind with my
Subconscious Mind,
 I am now aware that All knowledge,
wisdom and understanding is available to me NOW!
 
It's easy to ask for help,
Universal Higher Mind,  open my Eyes and Ears, show me the way,
open my whole mind to the learning that’s becoming available to
me now and deliver it to my Conscious Mind as I need it.
 
I understand that as I ask for help, I am safe, All is Well and I am Breathing Deeply!
 
I now realize that our ability to go to the moon and
build the Internet has always been here, from the beginning of time!
 
and The only thing I lack is awareness to do the thing I imagine.

 Because awareness comes from asking I notice I have even more
awareness flowing to and through me now, as I relax and just breathe.

The understanding I need flows from the the new vision coming to me from
the Higher Mind, the Super Conscious.
 
Because my Source is limitless it's easy to open my
intuition and imagination to higher levels of perception now!

I notice that the sky is expansive and so is my awareness.

 My reasoning mind is good for doing things I already have learned to do
like opening a door, tying my shoes, walking or driving.
 
This new learning is just like learning how to walk,
I had a picture in front of me
I saw people walking.
 
I saw them doing it and I figured out how to do it too!
My instincts had a vision to work with. 
 
Because this has worked for other I realize I can be guided by
my own inner and outer visions and this is how
I receive my inner vision for my ideal life right now.
 
This is how everything comes to me,
 
This is how I learn. 
 
This is how I manifest.

I decide what I want, I relax and allow the learning to come to me.

As I feel this allowing in my body it's easy for me to
embrace repetition & practice because I desire Mastery.

As I embrace repetition and practice
The flow of Mastery becomes completely unconscious and totally integrated
within me and
​ life becomes more effortless.
 
Accelerated learning comes as I allow it to come to me just like
The rhythm of walking was something I embodied as I  walked 10,000 steps. "

I take this process into my future and see myself down the road
1 year from now, 5 years from now, 25 years from now
Expanding,
Improving,
learning
and growing easily and effortlessly in joy and abundance."

So there you have it, a sample script for self talk that will support
and sustain you.

Leap from this place and create your own unique script
